INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Margarine
2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
8 TBS Sour Cream
8 Bananas (Mashed)
4 Cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
Nuts (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix margarine, sugar, eggs and sour cream.
2. Add baking soda and salt and slowly add flour and mashed bananas.
3. Mix pecans or walnuts in if desired.
4. Grease baking loaf pans and bake at 325 until golden brown on top and toothpick comes out clean. Approx 1 hour for big loafs and 45 min for small loafs.
5. Wrap loafs in saran wrap while still warm to keep moist.
